  Went there to exchange an item I purchased at another Burlington store because the article was damaged. The clerk told me that the manager, whose name is Elvis generally do not accept goods purchased from other Burlington stores. I asked why not Burlington is Burlington? She indicated that returning damaged goods to their store means that store takes a lost. Management you need to look into this policy as each time I visit your store about 2-3 times a month, I usually spend not less than $100.00. I generally go to this store because it's close to my job so I go during lunch. Glad I didn't have to encounter a manager telling me I couldn't exchange the damaged item. Wheww, that would not have been a good thing to do!! The other thing that I found to be disturbing was as 4-5 of us stood in line waiting for the one and only cashier, she was working on getting inventory ready to be put on the racks. I asked her if anyone was working on the registers to check out customers, she never provided an answer. Finally another associate walked from the floor to check me out. Guys customer service is essential.
