  I gave this location a chance after my fiancé warned me about her order she sent for mothers day. I ordered some for my fiancé birthday and got practically the same result. The strawberries were either old or just not fresh AT ALL. Strawberries were sour and already on the brink of molding. Pineapples were sour and unappealing. Needless to say, I don't think I will be ordering from this location any time soon.

  My friend order me an Hello Kitty fruit basket for my birthday today with some Hello Kitty balloons She put the order in at 1:30pm it is now 6:57pm and they close 3 mins and I still have not received my basket I have been in the house all day waiting on this basket She was told the basket was on its way to be at 3:57pm and no one still has not been to my door I have called this location twice and no one has pick up I was suppose to get a call from Edible to let me know that they were on their way and I haven't received a call from them either And the balloons my friend had order they didn't even have them or had any type of balloons at at So they waited until they charged her card and waiting until the basket was on the truck to let her know that they didn't have any type of balloons instead of letting her know ahead of time that there were no balloons so she could had added something else or done something about it This was a waste of a day and a waste of my birthday never again would I let any of my friends order from this location And this was a first time experience and it was freaking terrible!

  I should have read the reviews before ordering. Initially didn't receive the arrangement on the delivery date. Called the next day and was told it would be out the following day. Never came. After nearly a week I call to cancel my order and I am told it is is canceled and I shall receive my refund in the next 30 days. Well a month goes by, I have received a cancelation email but no refund. I call the location and I am told the manager isn't present and to call back another day. I call back another day, again the manager isn't present so I have them take my name and number and ask to call whenever the manager happens to be in. No return call to this date. I cancel the purchase with my credit card provider and the merchant rebills me. This is the most pathetic operation I have the mispleasure of dealing with, totally different experience than the EA I have used in the city of my primary residence. I doubt I will get a response or be refunded my money but hopefully I can save someone else from dealing with them in the future.
